There are few series that I really like. One of them is certainly Rocky series (first 3 movies more correctly). Personally I like to think Sylvester as Rocky rather than Rambo. Both of them are bad-asses, one with boxing gloves and the other is just invincible(lol).
I watched Rambo: First Blood and I thought Sylvester is the coolest dude in the world. Only in 2008 I watched the first Rocky movie. Yes, yes, I know. It was 2008 when I actually watched this iconic movie! Believe it or not...(I must give credit to Dede for he was watching it at home).
Anyways, I thought Rocky really rocks! Not in means of action, but how Rocky was inspiring. It was really a good inspirational movie with loads of lessons about everything!

First, NEVER give up and keep pushing! A common thug with passion in boxing faced a heavy-weight boxing champion! Either Rocky was too stubborn to give up or too passionate about boxing. Of course, he needed extra few bucks but over all  foundation was  a belief in himself. Once in a life time opportunity smiled at him and he grabbed it!
Second, Rocky the husband. I think he portrayed a perfect husband! A caring, loving, athletic husband who dominated the boxing world. How cool is that?
Third, Rocky the diplomat! After he beat the Soviet boxer he talked about World peace. Although he won, Rocky stood for benefit to everyone- a world peace.
Finally, do what you love and love what you do. Lucky for him he found his way of living. A really special person-Joanne-told me once that it is really important to find out what you want to do with your life. Although  he is just a movie character, but like Rocky Balboa, may we find our places in this world!

I agree with you totally. And I guess you've watched crash, great movie... Life is simple. When u look at it from the perspective of history then we are nothing but a tiny pieces of great puzzle. But without us there will be no puzzle, no history, so lets try to make our lives a bit more meaningful, right? For we are the writers of our lives, and we decide whether it will be a comedy, tragedy or epic. I'm so proud of you, good luck in everything!
